A full-time position has become available for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in our Administration Office. The HR Coordinator plans and oversees all Human Resources procedures, including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and record-keeping; monitors compliance with HR and labor laws; and recommends employment policies, employee benefits, and compensation. The HR Coordinator supervises the HR staff by training, mentoring, reviewing performance, and providing training and technical assistance. This job requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three years of experience in human resources or a functional combination of education and experience.
