Requirements
A position has become available for a Registered Nurse to work full-time (40 hrs/wk) in
our Early Intervention program.
The Registered Nurse provides assessment, education, and support to children and their families enrolled in the DDI VANTAGE Early Intervention Program; conducts physicals, developmental evaluations, and initial/annual health assessments to assist in determining program eligibility on all referrals; provides hearing and vision screening per Baby Watch Early Intervention program guidelines; and completes required reports.
This job requires a registered nursing degree from an accredited college or university and Utah state licensure.Â
A background working with infants and toddlers is a plus.
